Exhibitor terms and prices

 

Eligibility

Any company or organization with an interest in exposing its products or services to a wide audience of library professionals and allies is encouraged to purchase a booth.

Terms

All exhibitors must conform to the published Exhibitor Rules and Regulations. Acceptance of an exhibitor application by MLA constitutes a contract. A contract will be considered null and void if payment in full is not received by the published deadline. Exhibitor benefits begin upon receipt of payment.

Deadlines

Exhibitor applications and payments were due on August 22, 2018 to take full advantage of all available benefits. Now that this deadline has passed, you may still register as an exhibitor, however, you may not be able to take advantage of having your name listed in the Program Book. It will still be listed in the online listing of exhibitors.

 

Space rental charge is $700 for one 8' x 10' booth. A second booth may be selected for an additional $400.

Exciting networking opportunity! For a small additional fee join the attendees for lunch. We hope you will take advantage of this additional networking opportunity.

A service kit will be e-mailed to you prior to the conference. Electrical service and/or telephone/Internet installation are available for additional charges.

An exhibit hall floor plan with your booth location will be sent prior to the conference.

Setup and Teardown Times

Setup time will be 7:00am-10:00am on Thursday, October 11, 2018. Setup must be completed by Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 10:00am.

Exhibit teardown must be completed by 5:00pm on Friday, October 12, 2018.

Logo visibility

If you would like your organization's logo to be published in conference attendee materials, you must email your organization's logo to the MLA office by August 22, 2018 as a vector-based Al or EPS file or high-resolution PDF.

The MLA discounted room rates are $99/night exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (12.375%) applicable service fees.

 

Reservations

To make a reservation please call the hotel directly at 320-253-0606 and refer to the group and meeting name: MLA18.
 

Reservation Deadline: Wednesday, September 25, 2018

A limited number of rooms are blocked at this hotel for MLA attendees; therefore, we cannot guarantee rooms will be available through the reservation deadline.

Exhibitor Hall Map and Booth Assignments

Initial space assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis at the discretion of MLA. MLA reserves the right to make appropriate changes in exhibitor locations as it deems necessary for the overall success of the Exhibit. 

The Exhibitor Hall map will be posted closer to the conference date.

Professional Table Terms and Prices

Professional tables are reserved for subunits of MLA, library professional membership organizations or nonprofit organizations supporting libraries.

All professional tables must conform to the published Exhibitor Rules and Regulations. Acceptance of a professional table application by MLA constitutes a contract. Contract will be considered null and void if payment is not received by the published deadline. Professional table benefits begin upon receipt of payment

Setup time will be 7:00am-8:50am on Thursday, October 10, 2018. Setup must be completed by Thursday, October 10, 2018 at 8:50am.

Table teardown must be completed by 5:00pm on Friday, October 12, 2018.
