The Academic and Research Libraries Division (ARLD) of MLA is pleased to invite you to our next ARLD Dialogue.  Dialogues are an opportunity for academic librarians from various institutions to gather and discuss a particular aspect of librarianship.  Our topic for discussion is practical and effective outreach activities, focusing on goal setting and using assessment strategies.  There will be an opportunity to share successes and failures, and generate ideas for the future.  Participants will use goal writing handouts to brainstorm a spring semester outreach activity.  The discussion will be led by Kristen Mastel and Shannon Farrell, librarians at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.

This Dialogue will take place at the Maplewood Library Community Program Room (3025 Southlawn Drive, Maplewood, MN 55109). Dialogue participants will receive lunch compliments of ARLD.  To register, please submit the online registration form.Participation is open to all MLA members and ACRL members residing in Minnesota, but participation is limited to 20, so register early to guarantee your spot.

The following Thai lunch buffet will be served:

Stir Fry Basil Chicken
Tofu Pad Thai
