Sponsorship terms and prices

Eligibility:  

Any company or organization with an interest in supporting the Minnesota Library Association (MLA)  and library professionals and allies is encouraged to become a sponsor! 

Terms:  

Acceptance of a sponsor application by MLA constitutes a contract. Sponsor benefits begin upon receipt of payment. 

Deadlines:

Sponsorship applications and payments were due July 19, 2015 to take full advantage of all available benefits.

Logo Visibility:  Your organization's logo may be used in conference promotional materials, depending on the package you select.  In order to take full advantage of this benefit, you must transmit your organization's logo via email  to the MLA office by July 19, 2015 as a vector-based AI or EPS file or high-resolution PDF.

Exhibitor terms and prices

Eligibility:

Any company or organization with an interest in exposing its products or services to a wide audience of library professionals and allies is encouraged to purchase a booth.

Terms:

All exhibitors must conform to the published Exhibitor Rules and Regulations. Acceptance of an exhibitor application by MLA constitutes a contract. Contract will be considered null and void if payment in full is not received by the published deadline. Exhibitor benefits begin upon receipt of payment.

Deadlines:

Exhibitor applications and payment were due August 16, 2015 to take full advantage of all available benefits.

Fees:

Space rental charge is $650 for one 8' x 10' booth and $400 for a second booth.


Benefits:

One 8' x 10' booth with two chairs and one wastebasket
• Organization description published on conference website and in attendee booklet
• Post-event labels of attendee mailing addresses
• Opportunity to attend breakout sessions

A service kit will be mailed to you prior to the conference. Electrical service and/or telephone/Internet installation are available for additional charges. Order forms will be provided in your service kit.

An exhibit hall floor plan with your booth location will be sent prior to the conference.

Setup and teardown times:

Setup time will be 7:00am-10:00 am on Thursday, October 8, 2015. Setup must be completed by Thursday, October 8, 2015 10:00 am.

Exhibit teardown must be completed by 5:00pm on Friday, October  9, 2015.


Logo visibility:

If you would like your organization's logo to be published in conference attendee materials, you must email your organization's logo to the MLA office by August 16, 2015 as a vector-based Al or EPS file or high-resolution PDF
.

Blocks of rooms have been reserved in St. Paul, MN at the
 Holiday Inn and the DoubleTree.

 Professional Table Terms and Prices


Eligibility: 

Professional tables are reserved for subunits of MLA, library professional membership organizations or nonprofit organizations supporting libraries.


Terms:


All professional tables must conform to the published
Exhibitor Rules and Regulations. Acceptance of a professional table application by MLA constitutes a contract. Contract will be considered null and void if payment is not received by the published deadline. Professional table benefits begin upon receipt of payment

Deadlines:


Professional Table applications and payment were due August 16, 2015 to take full advantage of all available benefits

$40 per table

One 8'x10' table, tablecloth and two chairs

Advertisement Terms and Prices

Eligibility:

Any company or organization with an interest in exposing its products or services to a wide audience of library professionals and allies is encouraged to purchase an advertisement.

Terms:

Advertisements are published within the program distributed to all conference attendees. Advertisement placement preference is awarded on a first come, first served, space availability basis. Acceptance of an advertisement application by MLA constitutes a contract. Contract will be considered null and void if the ad file or payment is not received by the published deadline.

Deadlines:

Advertisement applications and payment were due August 16, 2015 to take full advantage of all available benefits.

Fees:

Inside front cover (5.5" x 11") $225
Inside back cover (5.5" x 11") $225
Full page (5.5" x 11") $150
Half page (5.5" x 5") $100
Quarter page (5.5" x 2") $75

File specifications:

• Full-color
• Vector-based Al, EPS, or high-resolution PDF
• Dimensions as listed above (or smaller) PLUS a 1/8" bleed on all sides (ads will bleed off the program page edges)

Cancellations and refunds:

A non-refundable cancellation fee of  $25.00 will be applied if notification of cancellation is received by September 12, 2015. No refunds will be issued for advertisement cancellations made after September 12, 2015.
