Sponsorship terms, packages & prices

Deadline: Sponsor applications and payment are due July 22, 2011 in order to take full advantage of all available benefits. Acceptance of this application by MLA constitutes a contract.
Logo visibility: Your company’s logo will be used in conference promotional materials. In order to take full advantage of this benefit, you must send your company’s logo to the MLA office by July 22, 2011 as a vector-based EPS file. (If your company does not have its logo in this format, contact the MLA office for alternatives.) Transmission by e-mail is preferred.

Exhibitor terms & prices

Rules and regulations: All exhibitors must conform to the published Rules & Regulations.
Deadlines: Exhibitor applications and payment in full are due by August 19, 2011. Exhibitor space will be confirmed upon full payment. Acceptance of this application by MLA constitutes a contract.
Exhibit fee: Space rental charge is $650 for one 8’ x 10’ booth and $400 for a second booth. A 50% deposit must accompany your exhibitor contract. Invoices for the balance will be mailed with full payment due August 19, 2011. Applications submitted after August 19 must be accompanied by full payment. Contract will be considered null and void if payment in full is not received by August 19, 2011.
Exhibit benefits:

• One 8' x 10' booth with two chairs and one wastebasket
• One identification sign showing your company name
• Company description published on conference website and in attendee booklet (NEW IN 2011)
• Post-event labels of attendee mailing addresses (NEW IN 2011)

A service kit will be mailed to you prior to the conference. Electrical service and/or telephone/Internet installation are available for additional charges. Order forms will be provided in your service kit.

An exhibit hall floor plan with your booth location will be sent prior to the conference.

Exhibit setup and teardown times:

Setup time will be 8:00AM–12:00PM on Wednesday, October 12, 2011. Setup must be completed by 12:00PM.

Exhibit teardown must be completed by 6:00PM on Thursday, October 13, 2011.
