Note: Your registration fee includes breakfast and lunch each day. Evening meals are not included.
If you are a member of WLA, ILA, SDLA, or NDLA (the surrounding state library associations), you may register at the MLA member rate.

Registration Options
Pre-registration has closed, but walk-in registrations are welcome! Download and complete the walk-in registration form ahead of time, then bring it to the conference with your payment to get checked in faster.
Cancellation/refund/no-show policy: If you need to cancel, you must make your request in writing (e-mail is fine) and remit it to the MLA office by September 24, 2010. We do not accept phone cancellations. We will refund your registration fee minus a $25 processing fee. You will receive your refund after the conference.
Substitutions: Substitutions are welcome at any time. Please complete a hardcopy registration form for the replacement registration and remit it to the MLA office with clear instructions on which original registrant is being replaced. Please note that additional fees will apply if a nonmember substitute is replacing a member registrant.
What to wear: MLA conference attendees generally dress “business casual.” Wear comfortable shoes. Layers are always a good idea at any conference facility, as rooms and common areas can vary in temperature.
